Painting Robot
The xPaint robotic painting plants are the result of our experience and know-how in the field of paint application: flexible solutions ranging from complete systems, to process automation, to individual painting products. The extremely accurate design and the use of painting robots specific of the most famous brands (such as ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Motoman and others) guarantee:
- Applicability to all painting systems, whether based on solvents, water or powders.

- Flexibility of the plant, to successfully face market changes.

The programming system is simple and intuitive, thanks to the appropriate parameterization and self-learning software. Through the control panel you can quickly select one of the thousands of predefined work programs, allowing production stops for format change that does not go beyond a few seconds. The programming software has also been conceived to allow the introduction of a new format in a very short time (even by unprepared staff), using one of the following options:
- Modification of the working parameters (e.g. distance of the gun from the workpiece, inclination of the gun, speed of movement, number of passes, etc.).
- Off-line programming with simulation of the real situation (to avoid interrupting the normal production cycle).
- Self-learning by manual movement of the Robot (the operator performs the necessary movements to perform the work and the robot stores them).
